The Network works closely with the National LGBTQ+ Bar on AAPI-related programming at Lavender Law each year, and Lavender Law holds an AAPI attorney and law student dinner at the Conference. In 2021, the National Bar Association’s LGBTQ+ Division and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association embarked on an exciting new joint endeavor: the Black LGBTQ+ Legal Professionals Caucus. This Caucus serves as a networking and supportive space for Black- and LGBTQ-identifying lawyers, judges, law students, paralegals, and other legal professionals to work together across organizations for mutual success. In 2023, the group plans to resume meeting virtually in a safe and supportive community, with annual in-person meetings and a Caucus dinner to be held in connection with the LGBTQ+ Bar’s annual Lavender Law®
