Law clerks help draft documents, review briefs, and prepare a judge for hearings and trials in federal, state, local, or specialized courts. Considered highly prestigious, clerkships also provide invaluable legal training, strengthen writing and analytical skills, lead to mentorship, and create insight into judicial decision-making.
