An equitable workplace is one that provides each employee with access to the support, resources, treatment, and opportunities that they individually need to succeed in the workplace. Our panel of disabled lawyers provides a brief overview of what equity means in the legal workplace. They then share some of the inequities they have encountered because of their disabilities and suggest some ways that these systemic barriers can be addressed.
